RETURN AND REFUND POLICY


At Smart Deal Hub, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and other items originally included.

Please ensure you retain the receipt or proof of purchase when returning an item.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
  • Contact our customer support team at [email address or contact form link] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Once you receive the RMA number, package your item securely, including all original materials, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.


Please note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

ProcessingTime: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
ShippingCosts: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
PartialRefunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer support team at support@smartdealhub.store for assistance.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are not eligible for returns, including:

  •  Items that have been opened
  • Sale items


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
